The newest party within the British political system, the National Party, is now entering the 95th Parliament with just one MP – its leader, RebaAstor.
Following the September General Election, the party won nine seats within the Commons, meaning they will only occupy 11% of the seats they were entitled to.
The news comes following the Party failing to meet the Members of Parliament submissions deadline, which was set for yesterday evening.
As a result, the National Party will not be permitted to have any representatives, besides its leader, leaving co-leader AdaptedFrost and seven other National Party MPs with no seat in the Commons.
The BBC approached the Electoral Commission to confirm these facts, to which they said they were correct.
