The BBC Election team have confirmed that The Election Debate has been approved to broadcast for yet another general election.
This broadcast will be delivered exclusively by the BBC team, with former Prime Minister DeanRHeathcote acting as the presenter and debate moderator.
The debate will see one representative from each party stand face-to-face, discussing policy and why they believe they deserve the electorate’s vote.
While no date has been confirmed for the broadcast yet, it is set to take place during next week’s campaigning period.
