Companies House deregisters inactive companies in Chancellor’s business purge

The Chancellor has fulfilled another key King’s Speech pledge for the Government, after several companies were deregistered for inactivity.

Chancellor of the Exchequer, ZCInvestor, announced today that several inactive businesses were to be deregistered by Companies House in a business purge.

This action fulfils a key King’s Speech pledge by the Government, where several companies, especially many within the media sector, have become inactive or have had lack of operations due to owner bans from the community.
