Government collapse caused by PM’s “reckless strategy” says outgoing Chancellor

Outgoing Chancellor, AdaptedFrost, comments on PM’s reckless strategies in resignation.

AdaptedFrost, the outgoing Chancellor of the Exchequer, has commented following the chaotic collapse of the UK Government.

In his resignation statement, Frost highlighted that “government cannot function without clear leadership, direction and discipline”, further adding how “in the past month, it has become painfully evident that these values are sorely lacking at the heart of this government”.

AdaptedFrost follows on from TheRightHon, the National Party Leader, whom, as shared by the BBC earlier, released a statement criticising the Prime Minister for lacking the authority and vision required to lead the government.

There has been no follow up or response from Downing Street following the recent collapse of the government.

Whilst the PM has wrangled some coalition talks, Social Democrats Leader TheReuHR has officially confirmed there will be no chances of them forming a coalition with the failing Cavaliers. This leaves the Cavaliers in an unstable minority government.

All eyes will be on Westminster on Wednesday night, as His Majesty the King has formally requested the attendance of all members of Parliament for an emergency session at 8pm.
