The BBC has found that Chancellor AdaptedFrost has failed to comply with the weekly reporting requirements set out in the Transparency Act.
Under Section 7(2), Secretaries of State who deliver verbal statements in the House of Commons or live television broadcasts are required to also submit a written ministerial cabinet report every other week.
Chancellor AdaptedFrost has made weekly verbal statements in the Commons but has not submitted any written reports, putting him in breach of the law.
