Turkey issues ban to Iranian, German, and French military aircraft over its airspace

The ban was issued by the Turkish Prime Minister late last night, following increasing exercises conducted across Europe

The Prime Minister of Turkey, mastermalithepro, has issued a new cabinet decree to ban all Iranian, German, and French military aircraft and vessels over Turkish airspace and the wider territorial waters of the nation.

The ban was made late in the evening yesterday, following a rising number of tensions across the European region.

French and German fleets have been mobilised across the Middle East following disputes with Iran.

Iranian drones have caused numerous incidents within the Straight of Hormuz, with a French destroyer intercepting a drone while escorting a merchant ship just days ago.

The Turkish Air Force has increased its patrols over the airspace to ensure compliance by all affected nations.
