The new Chief Constable of the Police Service for Northern Ireland, the Lord Donut of Wembley, has pledged to “rebuild” the PSNI following recent low service performance.
His appointment follows First Minister leahnvx’s dismissal of the former Chief Constable RobloxIvr due to unacceptable performance levels over the past months despite the Executive’s recent policing legislation receiving Royal Assent.
In his statement, the Lord Donut outlined his plan to develop an “active and competent command team” dedicated to maintaining the service’s activity and high standards. He aims to bring “more talent into the PSNI” with potential command applications.
